Abstract

The paper studied the effects of the combination of applying biogas fertilizer, pig manure and chemical fertilizer on the diversity index of microbial communities in soil of protected field. In the experiment,split-plot design is adopted and pig manure, biogas sludge are utilized as base fertilizer in which organic matter content is equivalent, chemical fertilizer and biogas slurry are used as top fertilizer in which N,P and K content are equivalent. The results are as followings:in the tomato growth period of seedling and flowering, diversity index of microbial communities in soil is higher, while in fruit setting period,it is the lowest.Applying biogas sludge, biogas slurry are beneficial to balance-growth and balance-distribution of population of micro-organism comparing with pig manure and fertilizer.
