Thought on the construction of the new system for teachers' education

Nowadays teachers' education is in an historical period,which changes from the traditional education system to the modern system.Facing the new opportunities and challenges,the traditional independent and closed system of teachers' education can not meet the requirements for training the high-quality teachers.So it is urgent to accelerate reform and innovation,to take an opening,integrating and specialized way,and to construct the new system for teachers' education and train the high-quality and specialized teachers.This article simply discusses the necessity and basic approaches for constructing the new system for teachers' education.
