目前对转化生长因子β(TGF β)/Smad信号传导通路中的分子基础及其调控机制有一定的研究,已知它控制诸多细胞生命过程,如细胞增殖、凋亡、识别、分化等.在肝纤维化形成过程中TGF β/Smad信号传导对肝星状细胞(HSC)的分化、增殖及合成胶原蛋白方面起极其重要作用,现就有关TGF β/Smad信号传导分子机制及其在肝纤维化中的作用综述如下。
