Analyzing Evolution of Triple Helix Innovation System in View of Calling for Innovative Country

Triple Helix is an innovation model and newly excellent framework of University- Industry-Government cooperation.It is significant for building Chinese National System of Innovation and upgrading our world competitiveness.This paper points out some theoretical limitations and practical flaws of university-industryacademy after a careful review of international achievements about TH.Furthermore,it brings forward the evolutionary path to Triple Helix of university-industry-government collaboration where our Chinese universities can act as a leading role and perform its functions at full stretch.Detailedly,this paper deploys and fulfills the exploration on the construct problem of Chinese triple helix of university-industry-government in the face of appealing to innovative country.It deals with some traits of innovative country and our gap,entrepreneurial university and the third academic revolution in triple helix,some experiences of Massachusettes Institute of Technology and their apocalypses,some tackles and missions on university-industry-government.
