Abstract
According to modern interdisciplinary approach to the presentation of general trends and drivers of innovation, modern innovative economic development model can be represented as a double or triple helix. The subject of research is relevant, since because high efficiency of activity and development of business structures is highly defined by the innovation infrastructure and the development of so-called creative class. The article explains the fact that currently it is necessary to integrate the concept of the triple helix the Russian Federation in which the practice will work using the principles articulated by the government. The concept implies a close and productive interaction between the country's government, business and research staff of universities and academic institutions through support to the creative class, as well as the formulation of innovative mission that sets the overall direction and priorities of the action of project teams of representatives of business organizations and academic communities.
