Abstract

A major reason of failure in chemotherapy was tumor multidrug resistance(MDR).The mechanism of MDR was complicated and many aspects were involved in the mechanism of drug resistance,so reversing MDR was also very important.This paper was to review of the mechanism of tumor multidrug resistance in order to be useful to in-depth research in reversing tumor multidrug resistance.
