Process of Study on Transformation of the Medical Plants by Agrobacterium Rhizogenes

Culturing the hairy roots from the medical plants transformed by the Agrobacterium rhizogenes and extracting the efficient component from them were the useful means to the continuable development of medical plants.This report reviewed the transformed method of Agrobacterium rhizogenes,the elements effecting the induction of hairy roots and technology of culturing the hairy root isolatedly.
