Abstract

The world-class petrochemical industry base is not only world class in industry scale but also world class in HSE performance.To build a new petrochemical city rising in the ecological bay,firstly,industry agglomeration development is necessary for sustainable ecosystems;secondly,industry vertical integration is necessary for recycling economy in industry zone;thirdly,large project driving strategy is necessary for cleaner production in enterprise level.
