Abstract

Taking the 6S management carried out by Lu'an Coal Mine Company's Wangzhuang Coal Mine as the example,this paper introduces the main measures adopted by the Wangzhuang Coal Mine in the construction of the safety culture,and expounds the practical effect of normalizing the workers in aspects of the scheduledness,sanitation,systemization,standard,safety,and self-possession,etc.
