In the history China′s economic and social strategic development thoughts,it is Deng Xiaoping who proposed a strategic target for China to be a strong,rich,democratic,civilized and modernized socialist country.Deng Xiaoping also pointed out the drive,keystones,strategic steps and the value orientation in the implementation of such a strategic target.Beyond the inheritance of Mao′s strategic development thought as a whole,Deng′s strategic development thought is really a break in,and further development of,Mao′s strategic development thought in some respects.It is generally regarded that Deng′s strategic development target is typical of time spirit,compehensiveness,moderateness,innovation,popularity and trans-century.
