An Analysis of the Ideological Transformation of Migrant Workers

Chinese migrant workers emerged and developed into a special group in the process of industrialization and urbanization after China implemented the reform and open policy.Accompanying the change of working environment and survival skills,the migrant workers' understanding of interests,life and ethics have undergone observable transformations.Although these changes are still partially fundamental up to the present,they are exhibiting some positive trends,which might serve as evidence for the natural ideological change of the migrant workers.
