Abstract

Postponement strategy was classified into product development postponement,purchasing postponement,production postponement,logistics postponement,on the basis of value chain activities. And the impact of each type of postponement on supply chain relationship was analyzed comprehensively and systematically. Furthermore,the supply chain relationship when retailer,manufacturer respectively implemented postponement strategy in e- commerce environment was discussed.
