Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of Danhong injection for cerebral infarction and to discuss its mechanism. Methods Forty patients(trial group) were given Danhong injection(20 mL+0.9%sodium chloride 250 mL,ivgtt qd×14 d),while another 40(control group) received Xueshuantong injection(400 mg+0.9%sodium chloride 250 mL,ivgtt qd×14 d).The neurologic impairment score, clinical efficacy and ADRs during the medication were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates in the trial group vs.the control group were 87.50% and 75.00%,with significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection proves safe and effective for cerebral infarction, and it is superior to Xueshuantong injection in curative effect.
