Abstract
To study effect on weaning piglets intestine by oral of spermine.Sixty weaning piglets were cho-sen to be randomly divided into 2 groups, the test group was feed with spermine by 0.4 mmol·kg-1 BW,orally 1 daily, continuous 3 days, the control group was feed with physiological saline.Compared weaning piglets intestine growth conditions between test groups and control groups which slaughtered at the 11th,14th,18th,21th,25th days. The results showed that jejunum weight of test groups weaning piglets significantly higher than the control group at 14th,18th,21th days, duodenal mucosal weight of test groups weaning piglets significantly higher than the control group at 14th and 18th days, jejunal mucosal weight of test groups weaning piglets significantly higher than the control group at 14th days(P0.05).The test result showed that oral spermine were promote piglet intestinal growth role short-termly.
