Abstract
Based on the investigation data of zooplankton from two cruises in the Hangzhou Bay in Apr.and Aug.of 2007,contrasting with the data from 2004 to 2006,this paper dealt with the species composition and diversity variation trend of zooplankton. The results showed that total 65 species of zooplankton were identified, and the biodiversity index varied from 0.61 to 2.09.The zooplankton community showed broader range in annual fluctuation, and also the trend of more violent variation and lower stability in the community structure.
