Abstract
Electrical capacitance tomography is the main trend of technology, in which how to measure the low value capacitance is the key issue of implementation. For this purpose, a novel measurement circuit for electrical capacitance tomography system is presented in this paper. Experiments indicate that static error is less than 0.2% for capacitance measurement with 0.05% of drift per hour. Experimental results verify the performance of this circuit quite satisfactory
