Abstract
The bovine endometrial epithelial cells subcultured were stimulated by LPS at 0.1μg/mL,1μg/mL,10μg/mL,50μg/mL, 100μg/mL,500μg/mL and 1000μg/mL seven different concentrations and the toxic effect of LPS was test by MTT methods at the time of 12h,24h,36h,meanwhile,the cell morphology was observed. The results suggested that the cell morphology was not changed obviously in 0.1μg/mL,1μg/mL LPS group compared with the control group, but it was opposite in 10μg/mL,50μg/mL and 100μg/mL LPS group. The cells were clearaged and dead in 500μg/mL and 1000μg/mL LPS group.MTT test showed that the depressant effect of LPS on the cell was in concentration and time dependent manner. With the increase of LPS dosage and extension of stimulated time, the inhibition ratio increased and cell vitality decreased.
