A Probe into Development Situation,Problems and Measures of Xinjiang's Cultural Industry

Cultural industry is a new power house for Xinjiang's economy,an important approach to promoting its industrial structure upgrade and a major tool to meet its people's ever-growing cultural demand.The thesis studies the current situation of XJ cultural industry in consumers' demand for XJ cultural entertainment,percentage of XJ cultural industry and adaptability between its cultural industry and economic development level as well as the fixed asset in culture and entertainment.The thesis holds that XJ backwardness in cultural industry is closely related to backward ideas in cultural industry,stagnated reform on cultural system,blocked channel for investment and financing,lack of cultural industry professionals and supporting policy for its industry and offers a set of solutions to these problems.
