Abstract
By employing co-integration analysis,Granger causality test and impulse-response function,this paper discusses the relationship between the inbound tourism and the economic growth in Jiangsu.The result shows that there is a long term stable and positive relationship between the inbound tourism development and the economic growth and the ECM explains their short-term dynamic equilibrium relationship.Additionally,Granger causality test shows that the inbound tourism and the economic growth in Jiangsu reinforce and promote each other.
