Abstract
Objective To observe the different expression of C FOS?C JUN proteins in OSCC and investigate the relationship between the abnormal expression of C FOS?C JUN proteins and the occurrence and development of carcinoma. Methods 80 rat tongue specimens were detected for C FOS?C JUN proteins with SABC. Results The positive rate of C FOS in normal, dysplasia, in situ carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma was 8.3%?51.6%?78.5%?78.3%, and that of C JUN was 0.0%, 48.4%, 64.3%, 69.6% respectively. Conclusion The up regulation of C FOS?C JUN proteins may be related with the damage of oral mucosa and may be an important molecular mechanism of oral carcinoma occurrence and development.
