Based on the construction of the learning society,the article is on the basic of giving a definition of the learning society, and elaborates that the adult education is the foundations and guarantees of the learning-society-construction.Mainly exemplified on the following three items below-mentioned:Adult education sets up the foundations of the learning society,enriches the accessions of it and upgrades it to a higher level in society.
