Abstract

The article deals with the legal idea and theory expressed in the anthropology notebooks at the twilight years of Marx. It reveals 3 logical rules taken up by traditional eastern legal culture. Moreover, the article reviews the use of law in China, analyzes it and points out that the law is to be interpreted in view of culture to change the traditional legal culture creatively and legalize the local legal resources, and find the best location of Chinese legal culture in the change.
