Sofren Injection with Western Medicine Treatment Chronic Heart Failure in 29 cases

Abstract

[Objective] To observe Sofren injection on Chronic Heart Failure patients effect.[Method] 58 patients with Chronic Heart Failure were randomly divided into two groups.Control group received routine treatment alone;study group on the basis of conventional drug treatment given Sofren injection 10ml qd iv.gtt.2 weeks after the treatment were observed between LVEF(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction)and the NYHA(New York Heart Assoeiation) functional elassification changes.[Results] Group 2 weeks,LVEF and NYHA functional elassification improved,compared with the control group there was significant difference(P0.05).[Conclusion] Sofren injection can effectively improve heart function of the patients with Chronic Heart Failure.
