Comparison of intravenous dezocine and morphine in postoperative patient of cholecystectomy

Objective To compare the analgesia efficacy and safety of dezocine and morphine in patient-controlled intravenous analgesia in postoperative patient of cholecystectomy.Methods 80 cases of ASAⅠ-levelⅡ elective patients with cholecystectomy under general anesthesia were randomly divided into with sheen and morphine group,for self-control analgesia(PCIA),40 cases in each group.To assist symplectic group land with 40 mg,40mg with morphine,morphine group respectively with physiological saline,Dan SiQiong 3mg diluted to 100 mL,the LCP model.To observe the postoperative 4h,8h,16 h,24hof VAS pain score,Ramsay sedation scores,and adverse reactions occur.Results VAS,Ramsay scale and satisfaction scale showed no significant difference between the two groups.The dosage of analgesic consumption within 24 hours was significantly higher in group D than that in group M(P 0.01).The incidence of adverse events was significantly lower in group D than that in group M(P 0.01).Conclusion Dezocine call be safely administrated to postoperative patient of cholecystectomy undergoing orthopedic surgery via PCIA with equal analgesic efficacy as morphine but fewer adverse reactions.
