Abstract

With the aid of Wanfang Database and CNKI(Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure), this paper makes a statistical analysis on the main assessment indicator of the journals of newly-upgraded universities in Sichuan Province published from 2003 to 2009, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the academic level and quality of the of journals.
