Abstract
Anti-TMV activities of metabolites from plant endophytic bacteria EBS05,were determined using TMV/Tobacco as test system. Results showed that the EBS05 secondary metabolite strongly inhibited TMV infection in vitro, and also effectively inhibited TMV replication in vivo. The bioactive substance can restrain polymerization of TMV coat protein and interfered with antigen site of TMV too. There is no influence on the TMV particle structure.
