Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect and clinical value of target-controlled infusion of remifentanil in conscious tracheal intubation. Methods:The general anaesthesia patients with the difficulty of tracheal intubation were given target controlled infusion of remifentanil which targeted density from 0.2 ng/mL increasly to one score of tracheal intubation. Results:Compared with base value anesthesia induction nadirs of SP,DP and HR were degraded, anesthesia induction nadirs and the value after intubating of HRV were all degraded(P0.05).Difference between BIS and SpO2 was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:When patients were given target-controlled infusion of remifentanil, their reaction of tracheal intubation was low-grade.Their respiration and circulation was stable.During the course of tracheal intubation the patients were conscious. So target-controlled infusion of remifentanil was practicable.
