Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effection of comprehensive nursing intervention on orthopedic postoperative constipation.Methods The patients with orthopedic postoperative constipation were randomly divided into two groups(n=70),the routine nursing group was given conventional nursing care,the nursing intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,then compare the improvement of constipation and the patients,satisfaction at nursing.Results Total effective rate of constipated improvement in nursing intervention group was obviously higher than the routine nursing group(92.85%vs77.14%,P0.05),and the patients,satisfaction at nursing was significantly higher than the routine nursing group(100%vs85.71%,P0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate symptoms of orthopedic postoperative constipation and improve nursing satisfaction.
