CLINICAL EFFECT OF NITROGEN FROZEN COMBINED WITH MEDICINE IN TREATMENT OF 80 CASES OF VERRUCA PLANA

Abstract

[Objective] To discusses the clinical effect of Nitrogen frozen combined with levamisole,cimetidine and dipyridamole in treatment of verruca plana.[Methods] 80 Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group;the two groups took orally Levamisole,Cimetidine and Dipyridamole tablets and 40 Patients in treatment group were treated with liquid nitrogen to freeze 3-20 large Warts.The treatment course of both groups was 6 weeks.[Results] The treatment group showed efficacy after treating for 5 days,and the response rate was 95.00%;The control group showed effective after treating for 11 day,and the response rate was 75%.There was a significant difference(P﹤0.05) between the two groups.[Conclusion] The liquid nitrogen frozen combined with medicine has a good effect in treatment of verruca plana and the relapse rate was low,it is worth of application in clinic.
