Clinical observation on 43 cases of verruca plana treated with Yikeer dermal disinfectant

Objectve To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Yikeer in the treatment of verruca plana.Method Forty-three cases with verruca plana of therapy group were given Yikeer,42 cases with verruca plana of comparision group were given 0.1% vitamin A cream.Effect was evaluated after 2 cycles.The total effective rate was the percent of cured cases and effective cases.The adverse reactions was evaluated by observating the symptoms after treatment.Results The two groups showed no significant difference in sex,age,course and the region of rash before treatment(P0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in clinical effect after treatment(P0.01),while the two groups showed no significant difference in the adverse reactions(P0.05).Conclusion Yikeer dermal disinfectant is a safe and effective drug treating verruca plana.
