"Two-Oriented" Society Construction Process of Famers Land Transfer Willingness Analysis——With Changsha Great Hexi Pioneer District as an Example

In Changsha Great Hexi Pioneer District 4 typical Land transfer model village for farmers survey willingness,the paper establish Logistic willingness to regression model,and analysis of farmers land to the willingness and influencing factors. Under 5% level,we find out that the significant factors which influence farmers land willingness are intermediary organization, employment type,household income,land transfer contract and that the total household population,age,educational level and family farmers to land on the number of people insured roll-out will not significantly affected.
