Study on Factors Influencing Farmers' Willingness in Land Re-transfer in Shaanxi

The logistic models of factors influencing farmers' willingness in land re-transfer were built based on the data from 492 farmer households in Zhzhang County,Snaanxi,and then the factors influencing farmers' willingness of two farmer households types in land re-transfer were analyzed by logistic models to promote reasonable,effective and sustainable land transfer and stabilize land supply for farmers' specialized cooperatives and major specialized households.The results showed that land retransfer willingness is positively correlated to educational degree and land rent but is negatively correlated to agricultural income,land transfer deadline,land management status and transfer spontaneity in farmer households which their land is transferred to farmers' specialized cooperatives,and land re-transfer willingness is positively related to agricultural property of farmer households' occupation and land rent but is negatively correlated to age,actual management and area,agricultural labor force and management status of transferred land in farmers' households which their land is transferred to major specialized households.Whether or not the village cadres,total family population,transferred land area,treaty form and transfer pattern all have no effect on the willingness of land re-transfer;Shaanxi
