On Breadth and Depth of Privacy protection

The analysis of privacy protection can fall into the two aspects:breadth and depth,and it is to establish a planar graph of the privacy protection range.In the United States law,a person's portrait and name are placed in the protection of privacy.;while in China,privacy in concrete personal right has been established.so,chaos will be unavoidable if the US privacy right is directly transferred to the privacy system in China,and if the privacy range is to be widened.If privacy right should be included in accurate personal right,it will have to establish an accurate standard,and also needs a sufficient understanding and study of the distinction and relation between privacy right and its related concrete personal right.Other concrete personal rights substantively constitute the systematic background of privacy right,and it can also be called the outer scope of privacy right.Therefore,strengthening the breadth and depth scopes of privacy right in legislation regulation will be in much more significance as China is in such a giant size with judges in great differences of professional quality.
