Privacy:The Scope of Protection

The right of privacy is an important part of personal rights. However, not all privacy should be protected by law. The privacy that law protects should only be limited strictly to legitimate personal privacy. Since the statutes of China have not stipulated concretely on privacy, the dilemma exists that on the one hand the privacy of citizen cannot be fully protected by law, and on the other hand there shows the trend of expanding privacy out of the proper scope so to be conflict with other rights.
