Abstract

The automobile industry is highly related to other industries, and it has a major impact on a country's economic security, but it also faces fierce international competition. The improvement of the auto industry contributes a lot to national economy.China's automobile manufacturing industry has made considerable development in recent years, but this industry as a whole seems rather scattered and relatively small, which is not consistent with the international automobile industry's oligopoly market structure trends. This paper will use China's automobile manufacturing enterprises as an example to make empirical analysis of the relationship between automobile manufacturing enterprise scale and its performance, and it will also analyze the affection of various elements of scale on each performance indicators,in order to give reference for further research and enhance the competitiveness of China's auto industry on the basis of the status quo analysis.
