Urogenital system mycoplasma infection and drug sensitivity test analysis:a report of 314 cases

Objective To analyze the mycoplasma infection status in genitourinary system,and observe the gender distribution and susceptibility to antimicrobial drugs.Method For 314 cases of genitourinary system infection were enrolled to test the differential use of mycoplasma culture,drug susceptibility test kit,training and mycoplasma were 11 different antibiotics in vitro sensitivity test.Results The total positive rate of mycoplasma was 53.50%,Uu-positive rate of 39.49%,Uu + Mh positive rate of 11.78%,Mh-positive rate of 2.23%.The positive rate was 37.74% in male patients,female patients was 56.71%.Most sensitive drug was minocycline(91.72%),followed by docetaxel ADM(86.12%) and clarithromycin(81.37%).Conclusion The positive rate of mycoplasma infection with certain rules,early and accurate detection of mycoplasma type and drug susceptibility is helpful to treatment.
