Clinical effects observation of low dose clycocorticosteroid administrated to early severe hepatitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of low dose clycocorticosteroid administrated to early severe hepatitis.Methods To administrate low dose clycocorticosteroid 3～5mg to 30 patients with early severe hepatitis after an interval of 48～72 hours to synthetic treatment and compare the effect with that of 33 cases in control group.(Results) The efficient rate of therapy group is obviously higher than that of control group,with significantly difference((P0.01).) Conclusions The administration of low dose clycocorticosteroid to the early severe hepatitis can be done with intervals which givemore obvious effects,shorts course of disease and slighter side-effects.
