Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinic character and treatment of acute large area cerebral infarction. Methods: Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 96 cases with acute large area cerebral infarction. Results: 85 cases survived with survive rate as 88.5 %,8 cases had automatic discharge, and 3 cases were dead. Conclusion: Employing effective intervention, diagnosing with CT examination at earliest, treating with consideration of other systematic diseases, and preventing occurrence of complications can lower mortality and boost the life quality.
