Determination of Total Flavonoids in Liaogewang Tablet

Abstract

Objective:To provide scientific basis for Liaogewang Tablet quality control.Methods: The ultraviolet and visible spectros photometry was used to determine the total flavonoid in Liaogewang Tablet.Results: The method is simple,accurate,and reliable,The average recovery was 100.8%(RSD=1.2%).Conclusion: This method can be applied to the quality control of the preparations.
