Abstract
The root growth, root tissue water status and root /cap of campestric were investigated under oil water stress increased. The result showed that root extension, main root length, terminal branch root and root vigor were increased under soil water stress, and variety with drought resistance possessed high BWC / FWC and root / cap in flowering stage and maturity stage.
