Study on risk factors of midbrain micro bleeding in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective According to the acute cerebral infarction patients with midbrain micro bleeding general situation to analyze the related factors of bleeding for clinical treatment of cerebral infarction,which provides the basis for prevention of Cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 78 cases of patients came from hospital of cerebral infarction who were treated by SWI detection in January 2011-June 2013 for observing micro bleeding,according to the presence of cerebral hemorrhage and divided into micro bleeding group and no hemorrhage group,compared two groups of patient's age,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,cerebral infarction,cerebral white matter osteoporosis and antiplatelet drug using and so on.Results Micro hemorrhage group of patients younger than no hemorrhage group,and high blood pressure,osteoporosis lacunar cerebral infarction and cerebral white matter in the number of high proportion less hemorrhage group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0.05).Conclusions The midbrain micro bleeding in patients with acute cerebral infarction including age,hypertension,osteoporosis lacunar cerebral infarction and cerebral white matter,etc.,the clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients should pay attention to the above risk factors,prevent the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage.
