Abstract

That people can lead a happy life is Chinese Communist Party's assiduously sought goal.It is the primary value and essential requirement of socialist system.All CCP leaders share this governing idea,because it surmounts the limitations of material-centeredness,counteracts the instrumental rationality with value rationality,and it is a great progress of traditional governing idea of economic growth-centeredness.
