Abstract

Specialized teaching staff with high qualities proves the vital assurance of realizing vocational education development and target of talents' cultivation.Teaching staff construction in vocational colleges should be manpower resource - oriented to broaden introductory channels,innovate stimulating mechanism,enhance cultivating development,establish assessing system and plentifully utilizing faculty of manpower resource's settings,inspiring,exploiting and estimation.
