Abstract

Objective:To study the imaging correlated factors on postoperative recurrence of meningiomas.Methods:The clinical,CT,MRI data of 20 recurrence cases after operation and 98 non-recurrence cases after operation were studied.Results:The recurrence of surname shape and nodiform meningiomas was higher than round meningiomas,(P 0.01);The recurrence of midrange and severe edema around meningiomas was higher than no-edema or light edema around meningiomas(P 0.05);The recurrence of no calcification meningiomas was higher than calcification meningiomas(P 0.01);The recurrence of acro-osteolysisi was higher than hyperostosis meningiomas(P 0.01);The recurrence of intratumorally necrosis meningiomas was higher than no intratumorally necrosis meningiomas(P 0.01);The recurrence of non uniform enrichment meningiomas was higher than uniform enrichment meningiomas(P 0.01).Conclusion:The apperence of CT,MRI with surname shape and nodiform,severe edema around meningiomas,no calcification,intratumorally necrosis,non uniform enrichment meningiomas,acro-osteolysisi have higher recurrence.The recurrence sequence is acro-osteolysis,intratumorally necrosis,surname shape and nodiform,non uniform enrichment,no calcification,severe edema around meningiomas.Among of them,the meningiomas with acro-osteolysis has the highest recurrence.
