Clinical Study On Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B with Qianggan Jianpi Pill

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect on the type of qi eficiendy combining blood stasis of of Qianggan Jianpi Pill on the clinical effects of chronic hepatitis B;Methods: Case in accordance with the standard random number table to take control methods,divided into two groups,treatment group wase 114 cases,control group wase 58 cases.Control group: Matrine injection,each 0.15g,on the 1st one,1 month later,take Matrine capsule,each 0.2g,on the 1st three times for 2 months;treatment group: the control group on the basis of strengthening the Qianggan Jianpi Pill,each 6 g,on the 1st three times for 3 months.Observation of the treatment group and control group before and after treatment serum liver function(TBIL、ALT、AST、GGT),PCR-HBV-DNA quantitative and clinical symptoms and signs of change.Results: the two groups after treatment Syndrome total score,the signs and symptoms of integral points than before treatment were significantly lower(P0.05),and the treatment group improved significantly.The two groups after treatment PCR-HBV-DNA quantitative are lower than before treatment,compared with the control group difference(P0.05).The two groups before and after treatmentTbiL wase significantly lower than the control group there were significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion: Qianggan Jianpi Pill treatment of chronic hepatitis B(Liver depression and spleen deficiency type) effective than the control Group,Qianggan Jianpi Pill can significantly reduce patients with clinical symptoms and debase liver function(TBIL)and PCR-HBV-DNA quantitative.
