Abstract

As a newborn thing,Private Equity Fund has developed dramatically in China.Furthermore,Chinese Private Equity Fund has a wider horizon of development,compared with Foreign Private Equity Fund,because of its special advantages.However,when it is building multi-level capital market and affording capital for medium-sized and small enterprises,some issues are badly in need of being dealt with during the development of Chinese PE Fund.This article will analyze those issues so as to help to understand this new field and be good for the development of Chinese PE Fund healthily.
