Expression and Clinical Significance of Survivin in Endometriosis

Objective To observe the expression of apoptosis gene Survivin in endometriosis and explore the significance of its expression.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of Survivin in 40 cases of endometrium,40 cases of ectopic endometrium and 20 cases of normal endometrium.Results Survivin positive expression in the nucleus or cytoplasm of glandular epithelial cells,the positive expression group was higher in endometriosis group(P0.05),eutopic endometrium group was higher than normal group(P0.05).Conclusion Survivin expression in endometriosis was significantly higher,Survivin may be associated with endometriosis.
