Abstract

Glucose oxidase is immobilized in regenerated silk fibroin membrane. The biosensor of glucose has a linear response over the range 1.0×10-4~2.5×10-3mol/L in phosphate buffer(pH=7.0).The detection limit is 5.0×10-5 mol/L and the response time is one minute. It has same result in determination of glucose contents in wine with enzyme-colorimetric.
