Abstract
By analyzing of the results measured during construction of pile foundation, the magnitude, distribution and range of the excess pore water pressure caused by an installing pile in soil around the pile are discussed; and are compared with theoretical estimates. The excess pore water pressure at the interface of the pile and soil is discussed too.
