Abstract
Higher education as an investment activity of human resources cannot acquire high economic benefits unless its graduates have got their ideal jobs. With the fast growth of the popularization of higher education in China, university students find it hard to get jobs, a problem that cannot be ignored in the development of higher education. Government and university should change their developing plan, control the number of students and keep a steady enrollment in order to reduce the risk of employment brought a-bout by more enrollment.
